Dr. Nathan Foley

Dr. Foley grew up in upstate NY and knew from a young age that he wanted to be a veterinarian. He went to University of Florida where he got his B.S. and continued on to graduate from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Foley’s special interest within veterinary medicine include dental surgeries, behavior modification, and preventative care. He has a full house of animals including Milo, his firstborn (a beagle/aussie mix), Kida, a brindle rescue he adopted after treating her as a stray at his old job, and now Warby, a truly good boy with all sorts of allergies.

Dr. Janelle Wills

Dr. Janelle Wills is originally from a small family farm in Cambria County Pennsylvania. Here she grew up raising pigs, sheep, goats, and Haflinger horses as well as participated in 4-H at the county and state level. She is the 2014 graduate of Wilson College with a Biology degree. She then attended vet school at the University of Pennsylvania graduating in 2018. Her interests in veterinary medicine include preventative medicine and small animal surgery. In her spare time, Janelle enjoys playing softball, being outdoors, painting, and cooking pasta and pies.

Dr. Darby McDermott

Dr. McDermott grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, surrounded by many family pets. She went to Villanova University for her B.A., and attended veterinary school at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. Her special interests in veterinary medicine include behavior, preventative medicine, and public health.

Dr. Ellen Manneschmidt

Dr. Ellen Manneschmidt has been working in veterinary medicine since 2006. Born and raised in Knoxville, TN, She attended Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, TN, graduating with both her Associate of Applied Science and Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Technology. While in school, her rental house was affectionately known as the vet tech “ICU” because sick animals frequently made their way to her house for care. After undergrad, Dr. Manneschmidt worked as a veterinary technician in several practices in Knoxville, working as she completed her education at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Manneschmidt enjoys the diversity of emergency medicine and being able to provide care in a time of distress–both to pets and to families.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Manneschmidt enjoys hiking, camping, and staying active with her dog, Remington. When weather is less favorable, she pursues her hobbies in cake decorating and pet portraiture. She also has a cat, Squirrelly, who was a bottle-raising adventure during undergrad–one of the many animals that came through the vet tech ICU.
