Dr. Nathan Foley
Dr. Nathan Foley
Dr. Foley grew up in upstate NY and knew from a young age that he wanted to be a veterinarian. He went to University of Florida where he got his B.S. and continued on to graduate from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Foley’s special interest within veterinary medicine include dental surgeries, behavior modification, and preventative care. He has a full house of animals including Milo, his firstborn (a beagle/aussie mix), Kida, a brindle rescue he adopted after treating her as a stray at his old job, and now Warby, a truly good boy with all sorts of allergies.
Dr. Kenneth Weiner
Dr. Kenneth Weiner
Dr. Weiner graduated from University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2011 and has worked in small animal private practice ever since. As a vet, he became particularly interested in the close relationship between dental health, overall health, and quality of life in cats and dogs.
Dr. Russel Muir
Dr. Russell Muir

Dr. R. Russ Muir grew up just outside of Philadelphia in Bucks County where he initially fostered his love for animals shadowing his local veterinarian. He attended the University of Maryland and received a B.S in Animal Sciences in 2015. Prior to veterinary school, he interned for the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute. Following this, he attended veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine where he graduated in 2020. His interests within the field of veterinary medicine include radiology and soft-tissue surgery. In his free time, he enjoys biking, skiing, gardening, and following the NHL and more specifically the Philadelphia Flyers.

Dr. Rebecca Rosenthal
Dr. Rebecca Rosenthal grew up in Kansas where she fostered her love of animals and developed her interest in veterinary medicine volunteering at local animal shelters. After graduating from the University of Chicago where she majored in biology and economics, Dr. Rosenthal began her studies at the University of Pennsylvania, ultimately receiving her veterinary degree as well as a PhD in immunology. She is particularly interested in preventative care and behavioral medicine and draws on her research experience to practice evidence based medicine in order to provide optimal care to her patients. Dr. Rosenthal shares her home with her rescue cat Lily and enjoys spending her spare time volunteering with The Savoy Company, a local Gilbert and Sullivan theater company.

Dr. Kayla Harris
Dr. Harris grew up in southeastern Pennsylvania and knew from a young age that she wanted to be a veterinarian after caring for her family’s multitude of pets. She received her B.S. in Biology from Case Western Reserve University in 2018. Then she immediately attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine where she graduated in 2022. Within veterinary medicine, Dr. Harris is particularly interested in soft tissue surgery and exotic pets. She spends the majority of her free time reading, drawing, or playing board games.

Dr. Elizabeth McKinnon
Dr. Elizabeth McKinnon was born in the city of Philadelphia. She grew up in Princeton, NJ, where she developed her love and fascination for animals while owning and rescuing various animal species, saving wildlife, working on a dairy farm, and competing in equestrian sports at the international (FEI) level. She got her B.S. in biology at Sweet Briar College in 2012, which further fostered a love for animals, science, and medicine before going on to graduate with Distinction from the University of Edinburgh at the Royal Dick School of Veterinary Studies in Edinburgh, Scotland and then she further went on to complete an internship in food animal medicine and surgery at the University of Missouri. Dr. McKinnon has particular interests in surgery, ultrasonography, exotics, internal medicine, and acupuncture. When not at work, Dr. McKinnon spends her time with her fiancé Michael, four cats, and a dog which includes three sweet ragdoll cats named Pepe, Fiona, and Bruno, a very mischievous rescue cat named Cat Benatar, and a very loving black and tan Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Geno. She also enjoys hiking and traveling to new places worldwide when she can.
