Our visit to the Pet Mechanic was awesome. We took our cat, Pearl for shots, etc. The team was very friendly and professional.

They are good at what they do & genuinely care about your animal/s.
The staff is super super helpful. They didn’t force me to spend a lot of money on tests for my dog at the time (short on money) and didn’t pass any judgement. Dr. Nathan Foley did his examination of my dog on the ground, which made him so much more comfortable than up on the table! I’d never seen a vet do that before. Super great, really recommend.
I’ve reviewed this vet before at 5 stars and I will say it again they are amazing with all of my cats. I have nothing but good things to say about them

Every email I send is returned super quickly with solid information and understanding, the vets I’ve had have always taken really great care of my boys and have always provided me with options for care. They seem to really love animals and have a rich understanding of the relationship we have with these nonhumans who allow us to live in their homes.

The Pet Mechanic team has taken very good care of my pet for the last 4-5 years. The staff is friendly, the space is clean, and the staff is always very gentle and accommodating to my shy/nervous cat!
Just wanted to pop by and say everyone at this vet from the lovely gentleman at reception, to the sweet and kind nurse, to the friendly and knowledgeable doctor went above and beyond our expectations!! We are new puppy owners and this was our first trip to the any vet and they welcomed us with open arms! They were so kind and patience with our little pittie pup and answered all of our questions. We can’t wait to go back because we know we will be in good hands!!! 💕🐶
The pet mechanic fishtown has been my dog’s vet since he’s been in Philly and before I adopted him. They have been my go to for everything and when my boyfriend adopted a dog with heartworm, I was completely confident in his decision because the voucher for treatment was with the pet mechanic. And the one time I had to call for a last minute appointment for a skin issue, they were able to fit me in & that was a massive relief as I’m a major worrier about my dog. I cannot say enough good things about the pet mechanic. I highly recommend both locations and any of their vets
